Payment and Cancellation Policies

Payments
Payment in full is required at the time of registration for any scheduled event or program. Early registration discounts are available for some programs. Discounts will be given only when registration and payment are completed by the advertised cut-off date. Course fees will not be pro-rated based upon attendance.

Program Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel, you must notify us by sending an email to info@clearlightmeditation.org. Full tuition refunds will be issued for cancellations received at least two weeks prior to the start date (note – 5 day retreat policy is different). Account credit towards a future program will be given when canceling less than two weeks prior to the start date. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations received less than 24 hours before the start of any course, event or workshop. Students enrolled in weekly courses or day retreats will receive access to recordings of those programs.

Exceptions

  1. When Cancelling the Retreat portion only of a combined course/retreat package, the original combination discount is disqualified. The price for the course reverts to the original non-discount price, and the balance remaining will be refunded (if cancelled at least 2 weeks before the retreat begins), or credited to your account (if cancelled less than two weeks before).
  2. 5-Day Retreats. The Cancellation policy varies by program. Consult the policy listed with your event on our website.
  3. Digital Recordings: There are no refunds or credits for Internet-only Courses or Digital Recordings.
