A Morning of Guided Mindfulness Meditation

Meditation is a vehicle for finding inner happiness and a more meaningful experience of life. Its practice entails a willingness to relate very simply with our actual experience in the present moment, to say ‘yes’ to whatever is here rather than rejecting what we have to look someplace else.
Here’s what you’ll learn:
- how to be here, awake and aware,
- how to come back when we drift into distraction,
- how allowing and letting be leads to relaxation, calm, and clarity.
In this mini-retreat, let yourself be guided through a variety of mindfulness practices. Let go of doing for just a little while, and emerge with renewed energy, perspective and sense of connection with yourself and your life.
