Do you want to be more mindful in your daily life, more present, calm and resilient? The biggest boost you can give yourself is spending time in meditation. Mindfulness brings us home to ourselves whether it’s sitting and following the breath, moving with awareness, or coming down from our heads into conscious relaxation in the body. In this mini-retreat, let yourself be guided through a variety of mindfulness practices. Let go of doing for just a little while, and emerge with renewed energy, perspective and emotional resilience. Who Should Attend? This mini-retreat is for mindfulness meditators who would like to strengthen or recharge their mindfulness practice. The emphasis of this morning session is mindfulness of the body in stillness and movement.
