Mindfulness meditation is a process of re-learning how to open to ourselves with kindness. Its practice entails a willingness to relate very simply to the present moment without critical self-judgment. It means learning to say ‘yes’ to whatever is here simply because that’s what’s here. When we can do that, we discover its simple but amazing power.

If you’re a mindfulness person, please join us for a morning of guided meditations, and immerse yourself in the healing waters of nowness, loving kindness and self-care. Let go of doing for just a little while, and emerge with renewed energy, perspective and sense of connection with yourself and your life.

Who Should Attend? This mini-retreat is for mindfulness meditators who would like to strengthen or recharge their mindfulness practice.
