Immerse in a day of insight meditation. Experience the uncovering of closely held, but hidden beliefs and assumptions. See how they shape your experience, and practice not identifying with thoughts and emotions. Allow yourself to let go into your most essential Being and rest in its spaciousness and freedom. This is a special opportunity to explore in a deep way within the supportive group retreat environment with a qualified instructor.
The day will include guided and silent meditations, teaching and instruction, as well as time for sharing and discussion with others in the group.
This program is the companion retreat for Freedom from Unconscious Beliefs, but is also open to those with a mature mindfulness meditation practice who are experienced with loving kindness meditation and RAIN.
Please bring a water bottle and bag lunch (optional). There will be an hour break for lunch. Tea and snacks will be provided.
