Immerse yourself in a day of meditation and inquiry.  Experience the uncovering of closely held, but hidden beliefs and assumptions. See how they shape your experience, and practice not identifying with thoughts and emotions. Allow yourself to let go into your most essential Being and rest in its spaciousness and freedom. This is a special opportunity to explore in a deep way with the support of a group and instruction from a qualified instructor.

This day of practice will include guided and silent meditation, brief teaching, as well as time for sharing and discussion with others in the group.

Who Should Attend? This program is also open to those with a mature mindfulness meditation practice who are experienced with loving kindness meditation and the RAIN practice of meditative inquiry. It is designed as a companion retreat for the 10 week course, “Freedom from Unconscious Beliefs”, and is available as part of a discount package when signing up for that course.
