Taming the Mind with Mindfulness
An 8 week course on the skills we need to work with thoughts, emotions and mental patterns.
Every meditator finds working with thinking THE biggest challenge. Thoughts arise by themselves, whether we want them or not, almost invisibly. But they can build in strength like powerful waves, and often carry us away into emotions, reactivity, stress, confusion and unhappiness. This course focuses on learning skills that help us tame the wild mind to experience a greater sense of freedom and well-being.
