If you’re interested in learning mindfulness meditation, this session is an excellent opportunity. Brandon will introduce the practice, explain basically how it works and how to do it in a very hands on and accessible way. He’ll touch upon how mindfulness relates with the breath and the body, as well as with thinking and emotions. The session includes a guided meditation and the opportunity for questions.
Developing mindfulness brings a sense of greater connection to each aspect (and every moment!) of our lives for a sense of greater aliveness, satisfaction, and well-being. Use this evening to kick-start your relationship with a practice that can change your life!
