In meditation circles it’s understood that happiness does not depend on external conditions. Happiness, we say, is an inside job. We human beings have a natural tendency to wander into unhappy mind states, to highlight what is wrong. This makes us feel anxious, irritated and stressed – a lot of the time. But it’s fully in your power to turn this around, to establish and sustain a new normal: relaxed, secure, confident and happy. In this course, learn evidence-based meditations that override your default programming for unhappy states, and shift into greater well-being, connection and happiness. Open to Everyone 18 years of older. You do not need to have prior meditation experience. Classes will include teaching, guided meditations, and time for discussion.
