Meditation Practices for Lasting Happiness

A 6 Week Course that is SELF-STUDY via Audio Recordings

In meditation circles, it’s understood that happiness doesn’t depend on outer conditions. Happiness, we say, is an inside job. We human beings have a natural tendency to wander into unhappy mind states, to highlight what is wrong. This makes us feel anxious, irritated and stressed – a lot of the time.

But it’s fully in your power to turn this around, to establish and sustain a new normal: relaxed, secure, confident and happy. Drawing on neuroscience, positive psychology and traditional heart-based meditation practices, learn how to override your default programming for unhappy states, and shift into greater well-being, connection (even when apart) and happiness.

This course is open to everyone 18 years and older. No previous meditation experience is required. Classes will include talks, guided meditations, and discussion.
