Life certainly has its challenges.  As a result, we can feel stressed, irritable, anxious and unhappy.   But it doesn’t need to be this way.  In meditation circles it’s understood that happiness is an inside job; our sense of well-being is not solely dependent on our present circumstances, but on how we relate to them.   And we can learn to relate differently to our lives – our circumstances, experiences, relationships and ourselves.

Drawing on neuroscience, positive psychology and traditional heart-based meditation practices, we will explore how we can find a greater sense of contentedness, satisfaction and connection in our lives.  We will learn how to live with more joy in the midst of challenging circumstances.

Open to Everyone 18 years of older.  You do not need to have prior meditation experience. Classes will include talks, guided meditations and discussion.

We are continuing our special pricing options for those adversely affected by the pandemic. We are now adding a ‘Patron’ price option for those who can afford a price closer to our normal rates.
